"I have been using Roo Dog to cat sit my precious Pancake for the past 6 years. I feel secure leaving my kitty at home while I go away for a week or more in the care of Laura. She manages to give Pancake her medication, which is no easy task. I know Laura takes her time in building trust with Pancake because she’s an independent kitty that doesn’t like strangers, but always comes out for Laura and to get some pets. It’s such a relief knowing my home and Pancake is in good hands. I always get the best photos to! Laura is also great at communicating and always responds to my questions promptly. I also appreciate how flexible Laura has been should I have to add a cat care day unexpectedly. Really should change their name to Roo Cat-Dog because Laura is an expert in both fields."
